If you are like a lot of people I know, you like the idea of being outdoors, the idea of hiking to a beautiful look out, or the idea of sitting by a roaring fire as the cool, crisp air hits your face but your toes are still warm.
The IDEA of it all is great! But actually being out there, enjoying fresh air, with your feet grounded to the raw earth is what really benefits your mind, body, and soul.
So, what can you do to MAKE yourself be outdoors, in nature? What are some of your every day things you enjoy inside that you can do outside?

Meditation & Yoga
As you are soothing your body and relaxing your mind, nature will highten the level of connectedness you have with the vibrations throughout your body. The fresh air will allow your lungs to breathe clearer, opening up your airways to a fresh intake both physically and mentally.
Take the precautionary measures needed whenever eating outdoors to stay clear of pests (bugs or unwanted animals) of course. But eating outdoors, or enjoying your morning coffee on the deck gives you a new outlook to the day as you sit and watch the birds, enjoy the sun rise, or if you’re lucky enough, listen to beach waves or waterfalls.
Giving yourself that time with nature is a meditation on it’s own. An inner peace may develope, allowing your mind to open and your soul to soar.
Photography is the best thing to bring to the outdoors, into nature! There are absolute endless subjects to photograph and film.

So, if you are a pro or an amateur, you can build your portfolio with the most gorgeous images while you take advantage of what the World has to offer and you become happier – maybe without even knowing it!

This is a HUGE one! The World is going through a crazy time right now. We are lacking human connection. Being outside with your friends and family may seem like it;s the only way to see them. And, that’s ok! We have to do what we have to do – so go, be with them! (6-ft apart)
