Our mental wellness is crucial to our overall health and it depends on three aspects of wellness to be in alignment with each other, mind, body and soul. During these times of increasing change we need support, connection and guidance to help us navigate our lives with more ease. The Connection to Your Mental Wellness Series is designed with this in mind.
These three mental wellness sessions will provide practical and gentle support with a holistic approach facilitated by Lorree Appleby who is a Certified Spiritual & Life Master Coach and Mental Health First Aid trained.
Each 3 hour session will build on the next focusing on one area of wellness as you unplug from life and connect to yourself on a deeper level in a beautiful nature landscape.
- Stimulating and rejuvenating guided forest walk incorporating mindfulness and connection to your 6 senses.
- Activities and exercises to promote new, healthy, thoughts and ideas to reduce stress in your everyday life.
- Reflection time with journal prompts to promote deeper connection to your mind, body and soul.
- Supportive and loving guidance in a non-judgemental space. (Share as much or as little as you choose)
- Guided connection with yourself and others in a small, confidential group.
Session 1- Connecting to your Mind
- Learn about your thoughts, self-talk patterns, the effects they can have on your emotional health and how to identify them.
- Strategies to calm your thoughts and implement positive affirmations and thought re-training to reduce mental stress.
Session 2- Connection to your Body
- Body awareness guidance and an understanding of how your body talks to you.
- Learn simple breathing practices and gentle movement with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to let go of emotions with more ease.
Session 3- Connection to your Soul
- Bringing the wisdom of your mind and body together as one to establish soul connection easily.
- Understand and experience your connection to nature and your creativity as an outlet to your wellness.
Lorree Appleby has over 20 years of client care specialist experience in corporate, small business and consulting. After enduring years of stress, burn out and realizing her unhealthy relationships were draining her energy and self-worth, Lorree took responsibility for her life and a risk by exploring entrepreneurship which led to exploring herself on a deep level in mind, body and spirit.
After years of extensive researching, training and massive personal growth, Lorree has healed her past and is now living her life fully and authentically by educating and guiding others to do their inner work of healing and growth as a Certified Radical Living Master Coach.
Lorree’s focus is supporting her clients to honour and release their painful stories of the past by recognizing and reframing them into empowered life experiences and wisdom that can be transferred into her clients’ lives. As they find their confidence and freedom from doing their inner work they step into gratitude and appreciation for their life journey and come to love and accept who they truly are on the inside.
