Meet Thundra Kerr: A Champion of Mental Toughness and Fitness Excellence
Thundra Kerr is a powerhouse in the world of mental toughness, fitness, and swimming, serving as a National Swim Coach, Certified Personal and Group Fitness Trainer, Nutrition Expert, National Lifeguard Instructor, and Thai Massage Therapist. Driven by her passion for helping others achieve their goals, she inspires her clients to push past their limits and set new ones.
With a remarkable array of accomplishments, Thundra's fitness resume is awe-inspiring. She is a National Masters Swimmer, an Olympic and 70.3 Ironman Triathlete, a two-time Tough Mudder competitor, a four-time full marathon runner, and a Fitness, Figure, and Bikini Bodybuilder, among other feats. One of her most daring achievements? Winning a live Fear Factor competition alongside her partner, Jim Kerr, where she faced her fears head-on by enduring scorpions crawling on her face and eating live bugs.
